Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of kitindustrial.garden and the services offered through it by Kitindustrial Septic. When you use this website, call the number shown on it, or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Kitindustrial Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields, or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Email

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@kitindustrial.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Kitindustrial Septic or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Kitindustrial Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
