How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Kitindustrial Septic to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Kitindustrial Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Kitindustrial Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@kitindustrial.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
